Fitchburg State staff, faculty and student groups may reserve the Library Instruction Lab to use under the following guidelines:
Scheduling priority is given to the library's instruction program, after which the space is first come, first served. Non-library instruction related reservations are subject to cancelation. We ask your understanding if your reservation must be moved to accommodate a library instruction session.
We ask for at least two business days' advance notice for requests. We will send a confirmation to you once the reservation has been added to the calendar. Please contact us as soon as possible with any reservation changes or cancelations. Student organizations or groups may reserve the space, but must have their advisor make the request on their behalf.
